No résumé checklist. No years-of-experience filter. We look for three things, in any kind of person — and we mean any.
Does things without being asked. Closes loops on their own. The work is done when it's done — not when the ticket is.
Drops into a new system — a shader, a P&ID, a paper — and pulls the load-bearing idea out in an hour.
If the work needs a skill they don't have, they go and acquire it. Identity is downstream of action.
This isn't for you if you have the enterprise mindset — if you need a 30-page PRD before you start, if you punt the messy parts to vendors, if you'd rather schedule a meeting than send a fix, or if your first instinct is to ask who owns the ticket.
